Veneers
A veneer is a porcelain facing on the front of your teeth,  usually your top teeth.  It is just like a
false finger nail.  Veneers are made out of porcelain and are used mainly for aesthetic reasons.
Veneers make teeth look natural and healthy, and because they are very thin and are held in
place by a special strong bond.  Very little preparation of the tooth isneeded.

Veneers are usually used to fix:

Teeth that are discolored -- either because of root canal treatment; stains from tetracycline or other
drugs, excessive fluoride or other causes; or the presence of large resin fillings that have discolored
the tooth
Teeth that are worn down
Teeth that are chipped or broken
Teeth that are misaligned, uneven, or irregularly shaped
Teeth with gaps between them (to close the space between these teeth)

Dental Implants (Conventional Implants)
With today's advancements in dental implant and bone grafting techniques,  materials and
technologies, almost anyone with missing teeth can now have dental implant  treatments done.
Conventional implant techniques have had a good long-standing success rate.  Also,  due to new
developments in implant technologies and techniques, immediate implants and immediate loaded
implants are now possible that can dramatically shorten treatment.

There are many advantages to dental implants, including:

Improved appearance. Dental implants look and feel like your own teeth. And because they are
designed to fuse with bone, they become permanent.
Improved speech. With poor-fitting dentures, the teeth can slip within the mouth causing you to
mumble or slur your words. Dental implants allow you to speak without the worry that teeth might slip.
Improved comfort. Because they become part of you, implants eliminate the discomfort of removable
dentures.
Easier eating. Sliding dentures can make chewing difficult. Dental implants function like your own
teeth, allowing you to eat your favorite foods with confidence and without pain.
Improved self-esteem. Dental implants can give you back your smile and help you feel better about
yourself.
Improved oral health. Dental implants don't require reducing other teeth, as a tooth-supported bridge
does. Because nearby teeth are not altered to support the implant, more of your own teeth are left
intact, improving long-term oral health. Individual implants also allow easier access between teeth,
improving oral hygiene.
Durability. Implants are very durable and will last many years. With good care, many implants last a
lifetime.
Convenience. Removable dentures are just that; removable. Dental implants eliminate the
embarrassing inconvenience of removing dentures, as well as the need for messy adhesives to keep
them in place.
Air-Flow
The secret of the AIR-FLOW
A Spray of air and sodium bicarbonate and a water jet meet to quickly remove plaque and stains
without pain.  The precision and exact dispensing of this system are as highly developed as one
would expect of legendary Swiss Quality.
Much, much faster than conventional brushes, rubber cups, pastes and polishing strips.  And
much more thorough - without being abrasive.  Plaque, soft deposits and discoloration disappear
quickly and painlessly - even from interproximal areas.  Ingredients are dispensed with precision
and at a comfortable temperature.  Ideal for....Tartar and stain removal.  An Air-Flow prophylaxis
means beautiful....smooth....white teeth.  It's economical and unconditionally reliable.
Advantages of Airflow:

Cleans and opens fissure for sealing
Creates micromechanical retention for improved sealant adhesion
Enables caries diagnosis and simplifies treatment of small defects
Allows minimal invasive treatment of caries without anesthesia
There is no noise or odour
Allows painless treatment and there is no bleeding
Able to repairs composites and remove old composites
White Filling (Composite)
If the decay is not too serious, our cosmetic dentist will remove all the decay and restore the
tooth with a white (tooth coloured) filing.  Our dentists can safely replace silver amalgam filings
with tooth coloured filings.

Advantages of composites:

Aesthetics -- the shade/color of the composite fillings can be closely matched to the color of existing
teeth. Composites are particularly well suited for use in front teeth or visible parts of teeth.
Bonding to tooth structure -- composite fillings actually chemically bond to tooth structure, providing
further support.
Versatility -- in addition to use as a filling material for decay, composite fillings can also be used to
repair chipped, broken, or worn teeth.
Tooth-sparing preparation -- sometimes less tooth structure needs to be removed compared with
amalgam fillings when removing decay and preparing for the filling.

Dental Crown
A dental crown is a tooth-shaped "cap" that is placed over a tooth - covering the tooth to restore
its shape and size, strength, and/or to improve its appearance.  The crowns, when cemented into
place, fully encase the entire visible portion of a tooth that lies at and above the gum line.

A Dental Crown may be use

To protect a weak tooth from breaking or to hold together parts of a cracked tooth
To restore an already broken tooth or a tooth that has been severely worn down
To cover and support a tooth with a large filling when there isn't a lot of tooth left
To hold a dental bridge in place
To cover mis-shaped or severely discolored teeth
To cover a dental implant

Bridges
Dental bridges bridge the gap created by one or more missing teeth.

A bridge is made up of two crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap and a false tooth/teeth
in between. These false teeth can be made from gold, alloys, porcelain, or a combination of
these materials. Dental bridges are supported by natural teeth or implants.

What Are the Benefits of Dental Bridges?

Restore your smile
Restore your ability to properly chew and speak
Maintain the shape of your face
Distribute the forces in your bite properly by replacing missing teeth
Prevent remaining teeth from drifting out of position
